FREE: "Coping With Depression" Report!! ?

Q.I am letting you know about a new book on coping with depression and hopefully beating it! I have lived with a couple of very close family members who had depression and can sympathise with all who have this debilitating disease.

A.If you want to read the first couple of chapters of the book they are available FREE! There are some fantastic tips on keeping yourself realistically involved with everyday life and just coping with one day at atime. Just send an e-mail with "depression" as the subject or in the body of the message and they'll send out the helpful info to you. See, this is the shit that my post was getting compared to. This spinster is out to sell crap and rip people off. Most likely doesn't have the faintest clue what depression is... period! I, on the other hand, came close to knifing myself right infront of my boss just to *make* him see it, and force him to feel like the bad SOB he is! That's what I posted what I did. I hope that really clears it up. hopefully beating it! I also don't mean to sound so harsh...like most of us..I really am a nice person.
