The Illusion of Depression ?

Q.A while ago I wrote about how it is possible to overcome depression, and that the physical disease of depression is not real. But people fought back against this idea, and weren't convinced that it is possible to be content in a world that seems so evil and full of pain. I will give links to writings, and a teacher who can help you realize the eternal truth.

A.Depression is very real. I don't need anyone telling me about it. You could add in the idea that folk don't all think the same - that will rip folks minds up real quick. Pure nonsense. You want to inform yourself about the physical impacts of depression. Pure nonsense? All I did was explain it is POSSIBLE to overcome depression, how it is possible to transcend pain. You won't even accept the possibility. That is pure nonsense. The choice is yours. If you believe that depression is a purely physical disease that cannot be overcome, that all struggle is either physical, or cause and effect, then that is the reality you choose to believe in. All I did was explain how I was able to overcome depression, and yet it is dismissed as pure nonsense, as if nothing was overcome, as if you somehow know what I have experienced, and what I have overcome. That is pure nonsense. I am the living proof that depression can be overcome. You could be too. Or you could choose to be the living proof that I am wrong, that you are suffering terribly and there is nothing that can help you except medicine. Choose that reality if is what you want. ..... hmmm.... I think I will continue to be the living proof of my own reality,
