Suicide/depression hotline ?

Q.that's sweet, isn't it? he/s/it should've written "non-troll number" for increased hilarity. how thoughtful. now please bugger off unless you have seconal to spare.

A.I happen to work on a hotline called Contact Altoona---814-946-9050---for anyone that might be in that area code or who might want to call even though it is out of their area---and We are not bullshit people who are condescending pieces of shit...thank you. I am very sincere. I enjoy talking to the people I talk too. I am a volunteer and I give alot of my time every month to try and give a few minutes to someone out there that is depressed, lonely, sad, scared, suicidal or who just needs someone not to judge them harshly. Hey I ain't perfect and I tell people that. I am just me. I spend sometimes 12 hrs. at a pop on the phone lines. I can understand some of these folks cause I AM these folks. I am not a piece of shit. My hotline is not a big one and it probably doesn't reach a ton of people but the ones it does I am hoping that it helps or relieves for even just a bit of time their loneliness or stops them from going over the edge or I can make them laugh. Hell I know I don't do much but those 24-60 hours a month I put in on the phone lines are something I try to give back to someone because I am depressed myself and I know how it feels to be alone and scared and sad. "I have seen the sea when it is stormy and wild; when it is quiet and serene; when it is dark and moody. And in all its moods, I see myself." Indeed. Many people find helplines an invaluable resource, and I must thank you for being such a great citizen by volunteering some time for such causes.
