Great Depressions; population & war variable; social spending variable ?

Q.My theory of History Analogy dictates that depressions were many in the past. And that although each was different, they had much in common with each other. Was the Black Plague era a Great Depression time? Did the Romans have any Depressions? Did the Greeks? Was the Napoleonic Wars a aftermath of a French Depression?

A.The colossal engineering projects that I am proposing to avert wars and depressions is oceanic dam building and in addition to move the Moon and Mars close to Earth to have the Roche Limit break them into pieces and then soft land the pieces onto Antarctica or the North Pole in order to have the rocks and material to build Oceanic Dams. But I am going to have to talk about population, human population as a major driving variable in Great Depressions and the onslaught of wars. I envision a nice beautiful future world, one where everyone who wants to work has a job. One where no-one goes hungry. One where everyone who wants to improve his/her life can do so. One where there is no threat of depression and no threat of major wars. In order for me to lay the blueprint and groundwork and foundation for such a nice, pretty and beautiful future for humanity, I must not only consider huge projects to keep worldwide humanity in economic great times, but also the factor of human population. You see, wars are caused not only by depressions and to lift humanity out of a depression, World War II did that. But also the other pernicious factor of overpopulation.
